Calera Capital Acquires Thayer Power & Communication

Calera Capital has acquired a majority stake in Thayer Power & Communication, a Columbus-area provider of power and telecommunications line construction and maintenance services. The seller was The Anderson Group (Thayer's prior private equity sponsor), and Calera said the investment will support Thayer's organic growth and a targeted acquisition strategy.
