Sapphire Systems, supported by private equity backer Horizon Capital, has acquired SAP Business ByDesign partner InCloud Solutions to strengthen its Business ByDesign capabilities and consolidate its position as a leading SAP partner. The deal is an add-on to Sapphire’s platform strategy and aims to accelerate InCloud’s growth by leveraging Sapphire’s scale, reach and expanded product portfolio.
