CondoTek Acquires National Condo Advisors

CondoTek, a Philadelphia-based technology and information firm serving condominium and cooperative lenders, has acquired National Condo Advisors (NCA), a New York-based condominium project approval and consulting firm. The acquisition will combine CondoTek’s CondoPak product and technology capabilities with NCA’s regulatory and project-approval expertise to expand service offerings and grow the customer base; Orest Tomaselli will lead the Project Review Division under CondoTek’s leadership.
