TBO.com Acquires Classic Vacations for $125M

India-based travel distribution platform TBO.com (Travel Boutique Online) has acquired U.S. luxury travel wholesaler Classic Vacations from Najafi Companies for $125 million. Classic Vacations reported approximately $111 million of revenue and $11 million of EBITDA in 2024; the deal brings Classic Vacations' luxury travel advisor network and supplier relationships onto TBO's technology-driven distribution platform as part of TBO's North American expansion.

Hilton Grand Vacations Acquires Bluegreen Vacations

Hilton Grand Vacations Inc. completed the previously disclosed all-cash acquisition of Bluegreen Vacations for approximately $1.5 billion inclusive of net debt. The deal adds roughly 200,000 members, expands HGV's resort portfolio to nearly 200 properties across new geographies and states, and is expected to be adjusted free cash flow accretive with about $100 million of run-rate cost synergies within 24 months.

VTrips Acquires Southern Vacation Rentals

VTrips, a fast-growing U.S. vacation rental management company, acquired Southern Vacation Rentals on April 1, 2022, adding 1,120 properties and 123 team members to its portfolio and bringing VTrips' total managed properties to more than 5,000. Southern Vacation Rentals' CEO Scott Seay will join VTrips as chief strategy officer as the companies integrate operations while retaining local brand presence.
