Precision Aviation Group (PAG) to Acquire PTB Group

GenNx360-backed Precision Aviation Group (PAG) has signed a definitive agreement to acquire ASX-listed PTB Group, a provider of MRO services for Pratt & Whitney PT6 and Honeywell TPE331 engines, engine and airframe leasing, and aviation supply-chain services. The bolt-on is intended to expand PAG's engine services capabilities and supply-chain footprint across Australia and the United States and is expected to close in Q4 2022, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.

The deal adds three FAA repair stations in Burbank, Van Nuys and Ft. Lauderdale, brings roughly 140 employees, over 110,000 square feet of facilities and expands PAG's avionics, DER repair and manufacturing capabilities.
