Mednax, Inc., through its Pediatrix Medical Group, has acquired Night Lite Pediatrics, LLC (Night Lite Orlando), a private 13-clinic pediatric urgent care and telemedicine practice based in Orlando, Florida. The cash transaction expands Pediatrix's pediatric urgent care footprint in Florida, adds telemedicine and testing/vaccination capabilities, and is expected to be immediately accretive to earnings.
