Investcorp Acquires NSEIT (NSE’s Digital Technology Business) for INR 1,000 Crores

Investcorp has agreed to acquire NSEIT, the digital technology services subsidiary of the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE), for INR 1,000 crores. The deal (which excludes NSEIT’s digital examinations business) gives Investcorp a platform in digital transformation, cloud, data & analytics and cybersecurity with strong presence across India, North America and the Middle East to accelerate global growth and US expansion.
