FTMO Acquires OANDA from CVC Asia Fund IV

FTMO group has agreed to acquire OANDA Global Corporation from CVC Asia Fund IV. The deal, whose terms were not disclosed and subject to customary approvals, brings OANDA's multi-asset trading platform and global regulatory footprint under FTMO as it builds a larger trading and education ecosystem.

Payoneer Inc. completed a business combination with special purpose acquisition company FTAC Olympus Acquisition Corp., creating the new public entity Payoneer Global Inc.
