Mantucket Capital Acquires Turbo Terminal Tractors

Mantucket Capital Management Corporation, a Denver-based private investment firm and family office, has acquired Turbo Terminal Tractors, a Gainesville, Georgia-based provider of sales, leasing, rental, and service for terminal tractors used at warehouses, distribution centers and ports. The seller was an affiliated entity of Syfan Logistics; Mantucket said it will support Turbo's nationwide fleet, service capabilities and growth plans.

Busch Group USA Acquires Total Maintenance Solutions (TMS)

Busch Group USA has acquired Total Maintenance Solutions, LLC (TMS), a Milan, Illinois-based maker and servicer of vacuum pumps and blowers, from St. Martin Holdings Company. TMS will continue operating as an independent division with existing staff, and the deal strengthens Busch's capabilities and market position—particularly in the food packaging and protein end markets.

JET Infrastructure Acquires Five IMTT Fuel Terminals

JET Infrastructure acquired five fuel terminals from International-Matex Tank Terminals (IMTT), expanding the company's presence into Georgia, Alabama and New Mexico and increasing capacity and connectivity for aviation fuel and biofuels in the U.S. Southeast. The deal brings JET's portfolio to 12 assets with more than 2.1 million barrels of storage capacity and a network of 145 miles of pipeline; the terminals were sold by IMTT, which is headquartered in New Orleans, Louisiana.

MCS Acquires Chain Store Maintenance

Lewisville, Texas-based property services firm MCS has acquired Chain Store Maintenance (CSM), a commercial facilities services company founded in 1991 and headquartered in Attleboro, Massachusetts. The acquisition makes CSM the interior commercial property services platform within MCS, expanding MCS's interior and exterior facility service offerings and enhancing its ability to serve commercial and residential customers through an expanded vendor network and self-performing service centers.

Gen Cap America Acquires TFM Services

Terms were not disclosed; Gen Cap said it will partner with the existing management team to grow TFM across the region and continue its service offerings in janitorial, floor maintenance and related facility services.

The acquisition brings ACT's installation and field-service capabilities into Janus/Nokē to support growth of the Nokē Smart Entry system and expand Janus' access control services to self-storage and commercial customers.
