Busch Vacuum Solutions has acquired centrotherm clean solutions, a Germany-headquartered supplier of industrial gas-abatement systems, strengthening Busch's product portfolio and service offering for the semiconductor and related high-tech industries. The deal preserves centrotherm's Blaubeuren headquarters and worldwide sites and retains its ~300+ employees while integrating its technologies with Busch and Pfeiffer Vacuum to expand sustainable vacuum and abatement solutions.
