Busch (UK) Ltd, part of the Busch Vacuum Solutions group, has acquired Vacuum Furnace Engineering (VFE) and made it a wholly-owned subsidiary. The acquisition is intended to strengthen Busch's vacuum solutions and service capabilities for UK metallurgy and advanced materials manufacturers, expanding service offerings and technical expertise in vacuum metallurgy and composites.
