Smart Care Equipment Solutions, a St. Paul-based commercial kitchen equipment service platform, acquired three service businesses — TBS Southeast (Liberty, Mississippi), Jaguar Coffee Company (Spring Hill, Florida) and Facility Maintenance Specialist (Spring Hill, Florida) — to expand its Southeast, Texas and Florida footprint and broaden service capabilities. The transactions are add-on acquisitions aimed at increasing Smart Care’s density and capability in hot- and cold-side commercial kitchen equipment, coffee equipment, and HVAC/refrigeration services.
