Rainier-Backed SCI Flooring Acquires Flooring Partners

Rainier Partners’ portfolio company SCI Flooring has acquired Flooring Partners as the platform’s third add-on, expanding SCI’s Midwest footprint onto the East Coast and strengthening its multi-family and commercial flooring capabilities. Flooring Partners, founded in 1990 and headquartered in Baltimore, will broaden SCI’s geographic reach across Maryland, Washington, D.C., Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey and Ohio.
