Premier Truck Group, a Penske Automotive Group company, acquired River States Truck and Trailer, Inc., a La Crosse, Wisconsin-based commercial truck dealership and repair business. Reading Truck Group Acquires General Truck Body (General Body Manufacturing Company)

Poindexter & Co., has acquired General Body Manufacturing Company (d/b/a General Truck Body), a family-owned manufacturer and upfitter of work truck bodies headquartered in Houston, Texas. The acquisition adds GTB’s three Texas locations and one in Kentucky to Reading Truck’s network, increasing Reading Truck locations to 28 and expanding its presence in the south-central United States while broadening its commercial truck and van pools for major OEMs.

FleetPride Acquires Raney's Truck Center

The acquisition expands Reading's national footprint and product offerings, increasing its distribution and upfitting sites to 12 and strengthening its presence in the Southeast United States.
