RectorSeal Acquires PF WaterWorks

RectorSeal, a Houston-based manufacturer of HVACR and plumbing accessories, has acquired PF WaterWorks, a Houston plumbing-products company led by owner-inventor Sanjay Ahuja. RectorSeal will add PF WaterWorks’ patented plumbing drains and tubulars product line to its plumbing wholesale channel while Ahuja will remain to continue focusing on retail and product innovation.
