Redwood Logistics has acquired Skipjack Supply Chain and Proactive Global Logistics and combined them into a new offering called Redwood Parcel. The move integrates Skipjack's multi-carrier SaaS parcel technology with PGL's non-asset-based parcel services and expertise to provide an end-to-end parcel solution within Redwood's LPaaS platform.
