Refinitiv Acquires Scivantage

Refinitiv has acquired Scivantage, a SaaS wealth-management and tax-reporting technology provider, integrating Scivantage's Wealthsqope and Maxit E2E solutions into its wealth management portfolio. The deal strengthens Refinitiv's front-to-back digital wealth capabilities and deepens its relationships with broker-dealers, prime brokers, clearing firms and bank-brokerage clients.
