Rekor Systems Acquires Southern Traffic Services

Rekor Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: REKR) has completed the acquisition of Southern Traffic Services (STS), combining STS’s 30+ years of traffic data collection and traffic engineering expertise with Rekor’s AI- and machine learning-driven roadway intelligence. The deal expands Rekor’s capabilities to deliver integrated traffic management, urban mobility, and public safety solutions, and STS co-founder Mark Knowles becomes a company shareholder.
