Relation Insurance Services, a PE-backed independent insurance brokerage, has acquired the assets of Theodore & Associates Insurance Agency, a Columbia, South Carolina-based insurance brokerage. Theodore will retain its name and leadership (Drew Theodore and Nick Theodore) and operate as a Relation company, expanding Relation's geographic footprint into South Carolina and broadening product and risk-management capabilities for clients.
