RELEX Solutions, the Helsinki-based provider of AI-driven retail optimization software, has acquired Formulate, a Swedish promotion planning and analytics company. The acquisition integrates Formulate’s AI-based promotion planning into RELEX’s unified Living Retail Platform to strengthen promotional planning and analytics capabilities for retailers and CPG customers globally.
