Renta Group Acquires A.L. DEL-PIN A/S

Renta Group Oy has agreed to acquire A.L. DEL-PIN A/S, a Danish general rental company with nine depots, over 60 employees and nearly DKK 100 million in annual revenue. The acquisition expands Renta's Danish depot network from 6 to 15 locations, strengthening its presence in western Denmark and supporting the group's nationwide rental strategy.
