Renta Group Oy has agreed to acquire Näs Rondellen AB, a Swedish general rental company with four depots serving the greater Gothenburg area. The acquisition strengthens Renta's geographic presence around Gothenburg and adds traffic safety capabilities; Rondellen has over 45 employees and annual revenues above SEK 130 million.
