RESA Power, a portfolio company of Investcorp, has acquired Commercial Switchgear Ltd. and Commercial Switchgear Service Inc., expanding its engineering and field-service capabilities in Ontario. The acquisition establishes a flagship presence in the Greater Toronto Area and enhances RESA Power’s supply and service offering for low- and medium-voltage power systems.
