Resideo Acquires Herman ProAV

Resideo Technologies, Inc. (through its ADI Global Distribution business) has acquired Herman ProAV, a Miramar, Florida-based distributor of professional audio-visual products and integrator services. The acquisition — which includes Herman Integration Services — is intended to expand ADI's pro‑AV product portfolio, service capabilities and support Resideo's margin and topline growth in the commercial AV market.
