Resolute CS, a global connectivity technology company, has acquired iceblue, a UK-based managed internet services provider and owner of the GRID lifecycle automation platform. iceblue will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary with key leadership retained while Resolute CS invests to scale the GRID platform, expand go-to-market efforts, and simplify global connectivity procurement.
