Revere Medical to Acquire CareMax Management Services Organization (MSSP MSO) in Prearranged Chapter 11 Sale

Revere Medical has entered into an agreement to acquire the Medicare Shared Savings Program portion of CareMax’s Management Services Organization (MSO), supporting care for approximately 80,000 Medicare beneficiaries. The MSO sale is expected to be implemented simultaneously with CareMax’s prearranged Chapter 11 plan and is subject to court, regulatory, and customary closing conditions.
