Risk Strategies Acquires Assets of Cornerstone Broker Insurance Services and ARC Benefit Solutions

Risk Strategies has acquired the assets of Cincinnati-based Cornerstone Broker Insurance Services Agency, Inc. and ARC Benefit Solutions. The asset purchase (terms not disclosed) expands Risk Strategies’ employee benefits wholesale, back-office and succession-support capabilities across Ohio, adding Cornerstone/ARC’s quoting, enrollment, renewals and broker succession services to its footprint.
