Files.com, a provider of secure file workflows and automation, received a $46.5 million growth investment from Riverwood Capital to accelerate product development and expand adoption of its cloud-based automation platform. The company -- a bootstrapped, profitable business serving more than 1,500 customers -- will use the capital to speed its development roadmap and scale growth.
