Robinhood Markets Acquires WonderFi (Bitbuy and Coinsquare) to Enter Canada

Robinhood Markets completed its approximately $179 million (C$250 million) acquisition of WonderFi, a Toronto-based provider of regulated crypto trading platforms. WonderFi’s Bitbuy and Coinsquare are expected to operate under the Robinhood brand as Robinhood expands into the Canadian market.
