Rochester Sensors Acquires Tekelek Europe Limited

Rochester Sensors, a Dallas-based manufacturer of liquid level sensors, acquired the stock of Tekelek Europe Limited, a Shannon, Ireland-based designer of ultrasonic and radar liquid level sensors. The deal expands Rochester's technical capabilities in non-contact ultrasound, free-space radar and wireless remote-monitoring technologies and broadens its European footprint as part of a multi-year strategy to build a global liquid level sensor business.
