Pursuit Aerospace Acquires Prescott Precision Die and Merc Aerospace

Pursuit Aerospace has completed the acquisitions of Prescott Precision Die, Inc. (Arizona) and Merc Aerospace, Ltd. (United Kingdom) to broaden its precision machining capabilities and expand its geographic footprint in the Southwestern U.S. and the U.K. The deals add heat-treatment, nondestructive testing, CMM inspection and plating capabilities to Pursuit's global aircraft engine component manufacturing platform.

Rocket Lab USA, Inc. Acquires Planetary Systems Corporation

Rocket Lab USA, Inc. (Nasdaq: RKLB) completed the acquisition of Planetary Systems Corporation (PSC), a Maryland-based spacecraft separation systems and satellite dispenser manufacturer, for $42 million in cash plus 1,720,841 shares of common stock and a potential earnout of up to 956,023 additional shares. The deal (expected/closed in Q4 2021 per announcements) brings PSC's flight-proven separation hardware and its 25-person team into Rocket Lab's Space Systems division to expand Rocket Lab's end-to-end launch, spacecraft, and space-hardware capabilities.

VSE Corporation Acquires Precision Fuel Components

VSE Corporation has acquired Precision Fuel Components, LLC in an all-cash transaction that is immediately accretive to VSE's Aviation segment. Precision Fuel, a Washington-based provider of MRO services for engine accessories and fuel systems serving the B&GA and rotorcraft markets, expands VSE Aviation's specialty MRO capabilities and provides cross-selling opportunities into new rotorcraft and fixed-wing customers.

Compass Precision Acquires R&D Machine and Engineering, Inc.

Compass Precision, a portfolio company of Main Street Capital Holdings, has acquired R&D Machine and Engineering, a precision metal components manufacturer based in Oldsmar, Florida. The acquisition is Compass Precision's sixth operating company and expands its decentralized platform of precision machine shops serving aerospace, defense and space end markets.

Precision Aerospace Holdings Acquires Owens Machine and Tool Company

Dallas-based Precision Aerospace Holdings LLC, a PE-backed aerospace manufacturing platform formed by CIC Partners and Juniper Capital Management, has acquired Owens Machine and Tool Company, a Lewisville, Texas CNC machine shop specializing in titanium and nickel alloy components for the aerospace and defense markets. The deal strengthens Precision's North Texas platform and expands its precision machining and tooling capabilities; terms were not disclosed.

Windjammer Capital Acquires PrecisionX Group
