Rockit Pest, a pest-control platform backed by Halle Capital, has acquired Barrier Guard Termite & Pest of Charleston, South Carolina from owner Sylvester Collins. The deal adds Barrier Guard’s local team and capabilities to Rockit’s platform as part of its strategy to expand its Charleston footprint and scale regional pest-control operations.
