Roofing Corp of America (FirstService) Acquires Crowther Roofing and Hamilton Roofing in Florida

Roofing Corp of America (RCA), a subsidiary of FirstService Corporation, has acquired Crowther Roofing and Cooling and Hamilton Roofing, adding a significant presence in Florida and collectively contributing more than $150 million of annual revenue. The existing management teams will retain minority equity and continue to run day-to-day operations; terms were not disclosed.
