Roper Technologies Acquires Syntellis Performance Solutions

Roper Technologies completed the acquisition of Syntellis Performance Solutions in an all-cash transaction for a net purchase price of $1.25 billion (enterprise value reported at $1.4 billion by sellers). Syntellis, a cloud-based enterprise performance management (EPM) software and data provider serving healthcare, higher education and financial institutions, will be combined with Roper's Strata Decision Technology business to expand product capabilities and market coverage.

Thoma Bravo has agreed to acquire a controlling interest in AxiomSL, a provider of cloud-enabled risk management and regulatory reporting software for banks, investment managers, broker-dealers and trading firms. Thoma Bravo said it will partner with AxiomSL's management to accelerate product innovation, expand cloud capabilities and grow the company's customer base; the deal closed with financing from several lenders and advisors were Evercore and Weil, Gotshal & Manges for AxiomSL and Kirkland & Ellis for Thoma Bravo.

iPipeline Acquires IFS (Impact Financial Systems)

iPipeline has acquired IFS (Impact Financial Systems), a Charlotte-based provider of service request automation and low-code/no-code workflow solutions for broker-dealers, RIAs, banks and insurance companies. The deal brings IFS's workflow engine and automation capabilities into iPipeline's SSG Digital platform to expand advisor-facing automation, compliance workflows and low-code product offerings.
