Royal House Partners (RHP), a home‑services platform founded by CPS Capital and 1801 Holdings, has acquired SOS Mechanical, an HVAC services business based in Round Rock, Texas. The deal is an add‑on to RHP's growing Texas platform; founder Steve Osteen will retire and General Manager Allison Hale will lead the business as part of the RHP family of companies.
