Rubicon Technology Partners Sells Astute, Inc.

Rubicon Technology Partners has completed the sale of Astute, Inc., a provider of AI-driven consumer engagement and digital self-service software that supports over 2,000 global brands. Terms of the transaction and the buyer were not disclosed; Rubicon said the exit positions Astute for continued growth following multi-year investments in recurring revenue, sales expansion and international presence.
