Earth Finance, a Seattle-based climate strategy and finance firm, has acquired Molecule LLC, a Seattle-based climate advocacy firm founded and led by Tim Zenk. Zenk joins Earth Finance as a Managing Director and will lead the firm's renewable fuels and public policy teams, strengthening Earth Finance's policy and transportation decarbonization capabilities.

Amgen Inc. Acquires Rodeo Therapeutics

Amgen Inc. has agreed to acquire privately held Rodeo Therapeutics, a Seattle-based biopharmaceutical company focused on small-molecule modulators of prostaglandin biology, including a lead 15-PGDH program. The deal includes a $55 million upfront cash payment plus up to $666 million in potential contingent milestone payments and is intended to expand Amgen's inflammation and tissue-regeneration capabilities.

R-Biopharm AG Acquires AusDiagnostics

German biotechnology company R-Biopharm AG has acquired Australian molecular diagnostics manufacturer AusDiagnostics. The purchase adds AusDiagnostics' multiplex MT-PCR platforms, extraction reagents and laboratory automation capabilities to R-Biopharm's clinical diagnostics portfolio, supporting capability expansion and internationalization into new clinical, veterinary and applied testing markets.

American Express Acquires Tock and Rooam to Expand Its Restaurant and Mobile Payments Tech

The combined business unites 80 Acres' GroLoop technology and indoor farming operations with Soli's retail footprint and agronomic expertise, serving more than 17,000 storefronts and projecting nearly $200 million in first-year revenues.

Rovensa Acquires Agro-K
