Rokt Acquires AfterSell

Rokt has agreed to acquire AfterSell, a Shopify and Shopify Plus partner that provides cart, checkout and post-purchase upsell tools for ecommerce merchants. The acquisition will expand Rokt's SMB offering—bringing AfterSell's Canada-based team and merchant base into Rokt's Shopify product to serve more than 20,000 SMB merchants; terms were not disclosed.

Rumin8 Acquires ROAM Agricultural from Loam Bio

Australian climate-tech company Rumin8 has acquired ROAM Agricultural, a spin-out of Loam Bio Pty Ltd, to expand its portfolio of methane-abatement feed and water supplements for cattle. The acquisition adds ROAM’s TBM production and alternative delivery formats (granules, drinking-water additive, sustained-release solids) to Rumin8’s development and commercialisation capabilities; financial terms were not disclosed.

Roper Technologies to Acquire Transact Campus
