Saalex Information Technology (SaalexIT), a division of Saalex Corporation, acquired Eugene, Oregon-based Managed Service Provider Arctic MSP; financial terms were not disclosed. The deal expands SaalexIT's managed security/service footprint in the Western U.S. and brings additional cybersecurity, cloud, and compliance capabilities while Arctic MSP will continue operating from its Eugene headquarters as a DBA SaalexIT company.
