Safran Defense & Space Acquires Attollo Engineering

Safran Defense & Space, Inc. (Safran DSI) has acquired Attollo Engineering, a Camarillo, California-based developer of shortwave and midwave infrared imaging and laser sensing systems with about 60 employees. The acquisition will strengthen Safran DSI's advanced imaging and sensing capabilities for defense, aerospace and commercial customers; Attollo will continue operating in Camarillo and supply sensors and subsystems as a merchant supplier.
