Tetra Tech signed a definitive agreement to acquire SAGE Group Holdings Ltd, an automation solutions provider focused on municipal water and industrial manufacturing automation, smart infrastructure, and systems integration. The acquisition is intended to expand Tetra Tech’s digital systems capabilities across commercial and government clients, adding electrical and instrumentation design, engineered control systems, cybersecurity, and cloud integration.

SmartSights Acquires Sage Clarity

SmartSights, a Capstreet-backed provider of operational intelligence software, has acquired Chicago-based Sage Clarity, a maker of manufacturing activity data and analytics applications. The add-on deal (terms not disclosed) will integrate Sage Clarity's real-time machine and operational analytics into the SmartSights platform to expand detection, issue management and root-cause analysis capabilities for manufacturers.

iSolved HCM Acquires Sage Payroll Solutions (U.S. payroll outsourcing business)

iSolved HCM agreed to acquire Sage Payroll Solutions, the U.S. payroll outsourcing business of The Sage Group Plc. The deal adds more than 44,000 payroll customers and expands iSolved's employer reach to roughly 145,000, accelerating iSolved's midmarket HCM growth while enabling Sage to divest a non-core unit as it focuses on its SaaS strategy.

Square Acquires Stitch Labs

Square acquired multichannel inventory and operations management SaaS provider Stitch Labs and will integrate the Stitch team into Square's Seller ecosystem. Stitch Labs will stop taking new customers but continue supporting existing customers through Spring 2021 while Square works to incorporate Stitch's capabilities into its product set.
