Cairngorm Capital-backed SageHome has acquired Safe Showers LLC, a San Antonio-based bath remodeling business that specializes in fast installations for seniors, veterans, and others with access difficulties. The deal expands SageHome's geographic footprint into Texas and the U.S. South; Safe Showers' leadership (Chris and Joan Edelen) will remain with the business.
