Montreal-based Salesfloor has acquired Clientela, a clienteling and retail engagement software provider, to expand its omnichannel customer engagement and add Clientela’s headless clienteling technology. The deal strengthens Salesfloor’s product capabilities and extends its reach into Clientela’s strong European retail customer base.
