Saothair Capital Partners Acquires EAM Corp. From Domtar Corporation

Saothair Capital Partners completed the acquisition of EAM Corp. (Engineered Absorbent Materials) from Domtar Corporation through a newly formed affiliate. Following closing, EAM General Manager Vanecia Carr became CEO and Lori Venn became Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, with Michael Fagan joining EAM’s board.
