Saothair Capital Partners has acquired a majority equity stake in Pioneer Window Holdings, a manufacturer and installer of custom aluminum and glass façade systems operating in the New York City metropolitan area. The transaction will support Pioneer’s investments in people, processes and capabilities and position the company for growth in New York City and beyond.
