SAP SE has acquired the intellectual property of SwoopTalent in an asset acquisition to embed SwoopTalent's talent data intelligence and machine learning technology into SAP SuccessFactors. Several SwoopTalent engineering employees will join SAP; financial terms were not disclosed.

Workday Acquires HiredScore

The combined offering is intended to integrate Workday’s talent products with HiredScore’s responsible AI technology to improve talent acquisition and talent lifecycle outcomes. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of Workday’s fiscal year 2025 (ending April 30, 2024), subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
