SAP to Acquire SmartRecruiters

SAP has entered into an agreement to acquire SmartRecruiters, a talent acquisition (TA) software provider. The deal is intended to strengthen SAP’s SuccessFactors human capital management (HCM) suite by integrating SmartRecruiters’ high-volume recruiting and AI-enabled candidate engagement capabilities. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2025, subject to customary regulatory approvals; financial terms were not disclosed.

Crownpeak Acquires Attraqt

Crownpeak, a cloud-native digital experience platform (DXP) provider, has acquired UK-based Attraqt, a SaaS leader in AI-powered product discovery, search, merchandising and recommendations for e-commerce. The acquisition expands Crownpeak's ecommerce capabilities and scale in the UK and Europe, and will make Attraqt a wholly owned private subsidiary upon closing.

Bullhorn Acquires Erecruit

Bullhorn, the Boston-based staffing software provider, has acquired Erecruit, an end-to-end applicant tracking and pay-and-bill software vendor serving staffing and recruitment firms. The acquisition is intended to expand Bullhorn One's capabilities — particularly pay & bill, onboarding, and mobile candidate experience — and accelerate digital transformation for staffing customers. Terms were not disclosed.

The deal expands Bullhorn's Salesforce ecosystem to nearly 150,000 users and strengthens its presence in the healthcare staffing market, enabling TargetRecruit customers to access Bullhorn's AI, middle-office expertise, and recruitment cloud offerings.
