Sapphire Systems Acquires Opal Wave

Horizon Capital-backed Sapphire Systems has acquired Opal Wave, a UK specialist in SAP Enterprise Performance Management, cloud analytics and managed hosting. The deal expands Sapphire's Digital Operations Platform by adding Opal Wave's EPM, BI and SAP HANA expertise as an add-on to its SAP services portfolio.
