Saylite, a CORE Industrial Partners portfolio company, acquired Southern Lighting Gallery (including Charleston Lighting and Interiors), adding two showrooms in Augusta, GA and Charleston, SC to Saylite's existing showroom footprint in Texas. The acquisition is an add-on to support Saylite's vertical integration and geographic expansion in Southeast U.S. markets.
