SBC Medical Group Holdings Incorporated (Nasdaq: SBC) acquired MB career lounge, Co., Ltd., a Japan-based provider of management support, consulting, training and HR solutions for aesthetic medical institutions, in a share purchase transaction closed on July 17, 2025. The deal brings JUN CLINIC's multi-location aesthetic dermatology and plastic surgery operations into SBC Medical's clinic network to accelerate regional expansion, diversify services and strengthen revenue stability.
